Computes the rotational speed of a synchronous motor from its phase currents.
input_name: The name of the input data row containing the phase current data.
output_name: The name of the output data row for the rotational speed.
window_length: The length of the windows the input data is split into. Longer windows provide more precise values of the speed result, especially for small speeds, but also lead to a worse precision in time.
samples_per_second: The number of samples per second in the phase current data.
num_pole_pairs: The number of pole pairs of the synchronous motor.
